I had time this week to make some cupcakes so I decided to make some dark chocolate, cream-filled, ganache covered cupcakes. When I was little, these were sold as Hostess Cakes. They were yummy then and I think I did a pretty good job. A view of the creamy goodness inside. These cakes turned out great and the piping on top can be made to fit any occasion.
